Here’s how to detox your body through your feet

Detox salt bath:
Another method involves a bath that includes the following components:

One cup of apple cider vinegar
One cup of sea salt
Two cups of baking soda
One cup of Epsom salt
Two or three drops of essential oil
To prepare, boil a pot of water, add sea salt and Epsom salt, and stir. Fill the bathtub with hot water, add the mixture, and add the apple cider vinegar. Soak your feet for 30 minutes, allowing toxins to dissipate naturally.

Detoxifying mud bath:
